    Dear friends,      In this episode I'm happy to introduce to you my spiritual teacher, Akhilanka. I met him first time 4 years ago and with his guidance had a profound transformative experience. Since then his support was there when I needed it and I'm very grateful for that.    Recently I visited him again in his Temple of Singing bowls,  Mysore. We were meditating, chanting, practicing with singing bowls, had fascinating and super insightful conversations. When listening to his stories about his life I wished we would record that ! So, when I came back home I was "pulled" to record and share his experience with the world.    P/S. Importance of purifying heart and mind is the key in any energy practice.     Forgiveness

    FORGIVENESS: conversation and meditation/prayer. To be able to forgive is not easy for many of us, and it’s not only to forgive someone else, sometimes forgiving our past self is a challenge .. It’s just not enough to say “I’m sorry” or prefer not to think about certain experience ,suppress some painful emotions and pretend it’s never happened ... true forgiveness requires a deeper healing process .. . Sometimes we are not aware that we hold anger or guilt from the past ... . Practice forgiveness as you might not even realize that you actually hurt someone in the past without meaning it , maybe even in your thoughts.. .
