Listened on the recommendation of a friend, excited to find a Christian based podcast from a femal persepctive, picked Respectable Female Sins as first one to listen to. The presenters did not introduce themselves, so no idea who they are or what their qualifications are for the many opinions they dish out. The first 17 minutes is chit chat and only after this do they they get to the headline topic. Give lots of opinions without any explanation of what they are based on - eg The Bible or research. Very judgemental, eg 'you should read the Bible every day', with a reem of judgements on those who don't. Well, why? Why not explain the benefits of reading the Bible instead of pronouncing your judgement on those who don't or can't. 'God knows your secret life even if those closest to you do not'. Well, this made me rumage in my mind to think of why this heaped shame on me. Not a nice listen, no love or compassion in this podcast.
Edit: I listened to the start of the podcast issued after I made the above review. The presenters giggled when introducing serious topics & seemed to think their topic of shame was funny.
