    Stef Reid MBE is a silver and bronze Paralympic medalist, Broadcaster, Keynote speaker and Coach and is a trailblazer who embraces high performance in all aspects of life. Following a life altering accident at 15, which dashed her dreams of rugby stardom, she harnessed the power of a carbon fiber running leg to forge a new path. After sheer determination and resilience, she is now a world champion in Long Jump, four-time Paralympian, and triple Paralympic medalist and holds five world records in track and field. Her impact is beyond the track making history as the first amputee to grace the London Fashion Week catwalk and also showcase her resilience on Dancing on Ice in 2022. After an incredible 18-year Paralympic career, Stef retired from elite sports in June 2022, embarking on a mission to empower others to discover their own paths to high performance.
    In this episode Stef discusses her incredible journey to becoming a Paralympian and her outlook on life and building your own path. She opens up about her life changing accident at age 15 and how there could have been so many other outcomes and what if moments - but how she learnt to take what happened to her and live life to the full. We chat about the amazing Sliding Doors Moment of resilience of how Stef got together with her husband and how it could have been very different. And she tells the unbelievable story of how she won her first Paralympic medal when determination and luck were on her side and how this built her whole career!

    Partrick Grant is a Designer, Businessman, Author and best known as a judge for ten series on BBC One's The Great British Sewing Bee. His career in fashion has spanned almost two decades where he has rebuilt the Savile Row tailor Norton & Sons, and relaunched E. Tautz, for which he won Menswear Designer of the Year. In 2015 Patrick bought the clothing manufacturer Cookson & Clegg which was the catalyst to launch his business Community Clothing which supports local clothing and textile manufacturers across the UK. Patrick is a regular on TV and Radio, as a commentator and a documentary maker and as an author he has written three books, including a Sunday Times bestseller with his latest book ‘Less’.
    In this episode Patrick delves into where his fascination with how things were made came from and his love for quality made clothing, and how having fewer things in life can bring us more joy.
