I’ve been looking for a good podcast to replace The High Low whilst it’s off air, and this is a very worthy contender. Love Gemma as host and the guests are so varied and inspirational.

Such a well thought out podcast, important content around finding balance in life but done in a super accessible way. The guests are such high quality and Gemma does an amazing job hosting. So pleased it’s back for a 2nd Season!

Could I love Sarah Willingham any more? Great podcast, thought-provoking, honest and really made me feel comfortable with some recent difficult decisions.

Things have become so much more scientific and atheist in the Western world but it’s funny how it comes back to the personal and the spiritual. Our bodies communicating with us, having Specific talents, getting into things we should be doing as if it’s a purpose, sharing life experiences, Being better human beings. How and why did we get so busy? May God help us not lose sight of what’s important...

This podcast is so in tune with how we are today, it’s so current and the fantastic women Gemma has been chatting to are so inspiring. Alice and Niomi being two of my top fave bloggers is just wonderful. What a fantastic listen, thank you for making a podcast that sits so well into my (busy!) life xxxx
