In the last Revisits of the series, Stacey reconnects with Angie and Sherry, a couple from America who adopted a little girl in 2013 through open adoption, which encourages the birth parents to choose the adoptive parents themselves and to stay in touch with their child as they grow up. Stacey also catches up with fathers Jonathan and Frank and their son Apollo.

Stacey revisits a documentary she made in the Philippines in 2017, investigating Filipino mothers who sexually abuse children, often their own, in front of webcams in exchange for money. Stacey catches up with 'Mike', (not his real name), a US undercover special agent from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) who conducts secret operations to arrest the mothers and rescue the children. I really feel for Judi, Cynthia, family and friends. 40 years is more than enough time. The whole situation is clearly painful for a lot of people. It is a shame everyone involved can’t yet move on.
