Absolutely fantastic podcast

I’m so glad I found this amazing podcast. Such a breath of fresh air after trying many others to relieve anxiety, negative thinking etc. Just such a good way of looking at things and the descriptions of what’s going on within our brains when thinking positively vs negatively are so helpful. Just wish each podcast was longer! Would be great to have one about coping with irrational fears but I haven’t got through all previous episodes yet so this may have already been covered.

Intelligent and engaging

Gin, your podcast is addictive, because you have a so down to earth way to approach the science of how the brain works and automatically made me think “this makes sense, now I know why this reaction happens” and so on.
