    76. Chris's Story

Another interview with one of my clients - Sound levels in this episode are variable so hope you can forgive me for that. But Chris's story is fascinating and she has some really great insights - she blows my mind with her analogy of tectonic plates!

    74. Look at What You 'Can Do,' Not What You 'Should Do.'

    74. Look at What You 'Can Do,' Not What You 'Should Do.'

Many people put pressure on themselves by stressing about what they should be doing. In this episode, I explain why you should reframe that to what you can do instead. I also include one of my favourite metaphors about elephants - it's a thinker!

Intelligent and engaging

Gin, your podcast is addictive, because you have a so down to earth way to approach the science of how the brain works and automatically made me think “this makes sense, now I know why this reaction happens” and so on. And the analogies and real examples make it engaging and relatable. Thank you and well done.

Brilliant podcast!

This is a really engaging podcast. Gin’s explanations and methods of connecting are really clever and I look forward to listening to the rest of the podcast and getting her book!

Seems obvious now….look for the solution

This podcast is well worth a listen if you are dealing with stress and let’s face it - who isn’t these days…this isn’t the usual approach to analysing your problem, Gin’s aim here is to help you find a solution using a variety of tools. Refreshing podcast which explains the science of the brain but not in a way that you need a phd to understand…then offers a fantastic method to empty your stress bucket. 5/5!
