Love this podcast! Having been at events where Gin was a speaker, I really liked her straightforward, no-nonsense approach. And she continues and extends on that in her podcast. It’s amazing how knowing how things work can help you not just understand but control and manage everyday stresses and anxieties. Highly recommend!

These are great wee podcasts! Gin shares the, what I’m sure is a very complex science, in such a clear and engaging way that makes sense.
