Season 2 Episode 2 - Sometimes you spend your year glued to the TV 👀
In the second episode of season 2, we go over our favourite TV shows of 2020. Let's be honest, we all spent so much time in front of the TV we nearly got to the end of the Netflix catalogue last year.
As mentioned, you can find where to stream the shows we talk about on Just Watch.
And you can buy all your favourite next reads on Bookshop.org
This week's pet peeve takes us into the world of running, can you relate?

Season 1 Episode 5 - Sometimes we talk openly about mental health
In the 5th episode of Stuff We Like, we talk about mental health and how its notion seems to be changing positively in society. Jen mentioned an article she found online which you can find here. We mentioned LinkedIn a lot, and we're not entirely sure how this happened as we don't use it all that much. Oh well, some things just happen organically, ey?
One thing we forgot to mention was Big White Wall, which is, as described by them, "an online peer-to-peer support community for your mental health". Having used it in the past, this was a good first step into the world of therapy. Sometimes it can be daunting to book an appointment with a therapist, and so using services like Big White Wall, or using coaches can be a nice way to ease into the world of therapy.
This week's pet peeve seemed like a dig at Daniel, what do you think?

Episode 4 - Sometimes you find what feels good
In episode 4 of Stuff We Like - Sometimes you find what feels good - we start by addressing the Black Lives Matter movement, what it means to be an ally, and how you can educate yourself and help. We also talk about Yoga With Adriene and the ways it has helped our mental health, taught us how to live in the moment, and the positive impact it has had on our lives and well-being. As usual, we have another edition of the Pet Peeve, this time brought to you by Jen. We finish off with the question "if you could walk a day in someone's shoes, who would it be and why?" - give us a listen to find out who Daniel picked.

Episode 3 - Sometimes you just need to find a cozy place to clip your toenails
In episode 3 of Stuff We Like, we talk about Sara Pascoe's "Sex Power Money", a book dedicated to destroying myths and biases related to sex. We also talk about "Come inside my mind" a documentary about the life of the great Robin Williams. And lastly, we talk about the podcast "The Happiness Lab" where Professor Laurie Santos looks into the psychology of happiness and shares the latest research findings in this field.
Our Pet Peeve this week was quite disgusting... we apologise in advance. Hope you enjoy episode 3 and stay tuned for more!

Episode 2 - Sometimes everything you need in life is a good Frittata
Come join another episode of Stuff We Like where this time we talk about Tuna and Courgette Frittatas (inspired by Joe Wicks' recipe), "The Plague" by Albert Camus, The Weeknd's new album "After Hours", The Bombpop's latest album "Death in Venice", and lastly the podcast "Happy Place" by Fearne Cotton. This week's Pet Peeves cover these two topics: the glorification of busy and the hierarchy of suffering.
