Will there ever be justice for Arpana?

Very well put-together podcast. Thoughtful and considerate. It’s pretty clear to me from the evidence here that Cameron Johnson killed Arpana. I would like to see him charged. Understandable that police investigated others, including Fair, but shows that having a criminal record and being Black seems to outweigh every other consideration in law enforcement. Just because someone has done something before does not mean they did it in this case. How is charging the wrong person justice for Arpana’s family?

I’m baffled at how Emmanuel’s prior violent rape charges are so overlooked by these journalists. Do they know how difficult it is to convict someone of rape? For him to be convicted of this crime in the first place is a really big deal considering only 6% of rapists see jail time. I enjoyed the podcast but found this aspect very troubling. I don’t want to see any innocent person go to prison but where is the justice for these women? I wanted more balance and more empathy for the victim.

I listened to series 1 and found it well made, well put together. Now I started listening to series 3 and I am captivated by the story and I enjoy having the trial/investigative side to it as well and all the problems at trial with evidence , inadequate lawyer.
