    One thing clicks and that makes lots of different im our life. That Ahha moment comes to everyone

    One thing clicks and that makes lots of different im our life. That Ahha moment comes to everyone

    We start something and with great courage we take the first step and the we do start taking few more step but that's not our ahha moment and we now that thinfs are not going according to what we are looking for and thats demotivating. But in that processes we find that one thing that clicks with us and thats our ahha moment and then one after another things goes so very well and we achive our goal. That happens in everyone's life. But one has to work towards it, because it ll only come if we work towards it and of we look for it.

    We all work for the goal or to achieve something. But we don't enjoy the learning part or the solving part or the break down part. We feel low and depressed and things just gets tough. Most of our time goes in processes so if we don't enjoy the the time that we are working on something then half of our life goes in depression. So enjoy the processes and visualise the result that will defiantly help in achieving big goals

    We all are up to something. We all want to reach somewhere. We have high goals. Big dreams but what happens then why we don't achieve our goals. Why we feel that there is a hurdle. What helps us here is developing good habit, because we don't create oir future but our habit creats oir future. Right from getting up early in the morning to our food habits and then what we are surrounded by. All these things are our habits. And if we develop our habit. We are on track we are organized and things are sorted. So developing habit is our own call. Of we develope good habits we create good future.

    Its obvious that after 1st step we don't know what we do? How do we get new ideas to be consistence? I have learned new technique that has helped me. Sitting down with pen and paper or writing down 20 ideas daily for 40 to 50 minutes helps to create new ideas and out of 20 ideas 3 to 4 ideas we ll get that we can work on immediately. And if we do this 30 days consistently we ll be having 100 ideas which are going to help us in our growth ot could be personal growth or professional growth

    How do we get courage

    How do we get courage

    To take that first step we need to be surrounded by people like us. They are not going to be our family or our friends. Sometimes they don't encourage us or motivat us so we need to be a part of community that helps us to take that first step. We don't know people in that community but still it helps because... there everyone is trying to take that first step and some one or thr other gives us push that motivats and helps. That helped me. Try this out.

    Whatever that we think we want to do we always keep in our head and we procrastinate not because we are lazy but we don't know whether its right or wrong or we are not sure... we just don't take that 1st step we need push and how much push or inspiration we get from others its all no use if we don't take that 1st step so here i have taken that 1st step... you also take don't worry. Just start.... put yourself in to action.
