    Infertility, miscarriage and baby loss

    Infertility, miscarriage and baby loss

Infertility, miscarriage and baby loss have a history of being taboo, they may be briefly mentioned in an organisation’s absence policy but are usually not openly discussed at work.
However, times are changing for the better, and topics such as supporting colleagues with IVF treatment and miscarriages are becoming normalised both in society and in the workplace.
In this month’s podcast, we talk to some of the Inclusive Employers team who these topics have personally impacted, and we share advice on what employers should do to support anyone affected by fertility-related issues, miscarriage or baby loss.

As always, we also share real experiences and stories as we think about the challenges people of faith have in today’s workplaces.

In this month’s podcast, Steven Copsey is talking inclusion with Reverend Dom Jones, Force Chaplain at Hampshire Constabulary and Halyma Begum, L&D Manager at Co-op. We are also joined by Inclusive Employers Consultant Joseph Aninakwa.
