Good tips, lots of talk
This is an excellent resource for those considering going down the STR route, as well as for those already some way down the road. Most of the guests are superb (loved the guy who talked about risk and insurance, and the safety guy was a timely reminder). The weekly featured Airbnb STR is always helpful to give guidance on what good/ great listings should looks like. Why only four stars? Way too much talk, not enough focus (at times).
