Opportunistic
The most recent episode “For Alex” was an opportunistic grab to capitalise on someone’s death for listens. It was the opposite of a “tribute” to Alex, it was a brag and a ego boost for Dan. This was a horrible way for Alex to be remembered, Dan basically tells how Alex had unrequited love for him, that he rejected him and ultimately they fell out, didn’t speak for the year Alex was battling cancer and he only got in touch finally after to clear his conscience it became clear Alex would die. He’s not even in the ground yet and you’ve put this out. You learn nothing about what made him great and loved by so many. Ask people who actually knew him instead of this grifter.
