    Today I speak with Pia and her experiences with a bad client and how she dealt with it, and I share my own experiences and share how I dealt with it. There's a lot to learn from less than likeable clients, and there's never going to be an end to them. That is, unless you can spot them before they sign a contract! **Warning to headphone users: There is a pet bird present throughout the recording of this Audio and it can definitely get quite loud at times. I've done my best to lower the loudest peaks of the audio.** Excuse my awkwardness in the beginning as we both begin to open up and get more comfortable as the conversation goes on!
