You're not alone.   One of my clients came to me back in February, telling me she was doing all the things to lose weight but just wasn't get the results she thought she should be seeing.   She was:  👉🏻 tracking everything she ate down to the last calorie  👉🏻 hitting her protein targets perfectly 👉🏻 had been doing a workout plan from another PT for years 👉🏻 going to the gym 4–5 times a week  👉🏻 walking between 5,000-10,000 steps a day.   But she STILL wasn't managing to shift the weight and get back to her pre-baby size.
