Hope for Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, Obesity remission
Hugely grateful to Susan Flory for shining a light on metabolic health, with luminaries like professor Tim Noakes and professor Ben Bikman, as well as conversations with the Public Health Collaboration, a UK charity (non-profit) dedicated to improving public health, especially type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity remission through sustainable and individualised lifestyle change, including dietary interventions. I had the honour of speaking with Susan to help raise the profile of one simple fact: it is possible for people suffering from conditions like type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity to put these conditions into remission and live a happier and healthier life of abundance. All it takes is hope and support, in order to change lifestyle. Thanks Susan, you’re doing a great service for public health worldwide
