The Creative Tea Break feels to me like a podcast should be. Dylan and Megan's relaxed approach makes their podcast instantly accessible - even to those who don't work directly in the creative arts. Only a few episodes in and they've already covered a number of important topics for freelancers, without getting technical or bogged down in the detail. The way they structure their episodes has also been varied. From a kitchen table discussion between themselves around a range of topics, to an interview with another creative recorded in rural Australia focussed on working in a rural location, their adaptable style keeps things fresh.
I look forward to hearing future episodes, learning from their experiences and applying some of what I learn through them to my own business practice. If you work in the creative industries, or are interested to find out a bit more about what it's really like to be a freelance creative this is a great place to start. Highly recommended.
