Absolutely loving this podcast! As I was listening to episode 4 I was driving to a new swim spot I wanted to check out. When I got there I was a bit unsure, but I noticed 2 ladies sat by the pool. I asked them if they were swimming but they said they were building up their courage! I was happy to swim if I wasn’t alone so we all got in together. Had they not been there I don’t think I’d have swam and I don’t think they would have if I hadn’t turned up! When you listen to episode 4 and the tale of Pamelaaaaaa the penny will drop - amazing how swimming brings people together and how this happened to me just after I heard the story of Pam on the podcast! 💜💜💜

These ladies hold so much knowledge and experience that I was worried that this would maybe be little bit too in-depth for me. I was so wrong. If you have a vague interest in crystals or have been working with crystals for years, grab a cuppa and pull up a chair. I’m only on episode 3 but these podcast are just so full of warmth and joy - I literally feel like we have been friends for years and we are all sat around my kitchen table. The conversation ebbs and flows in lots of directions but I love the fact that I always come away with 2 or 3 memorable moments from each episode that I either want to explore further or can apply straight away as its done in such an approachable realistic manner. Can’t wait to see what I’ll be adding to my morning routine next.
