A true gem of a podcast

A lots of pods are doing this format but what lifts The Randomiser head and shoulders above the rest is the wit and talent of host, Chris Dale which take centre stage in this highly engaging and often laugh out loud watch-along of Gerry Anderson’s prolific output. From the openings where Chris and his trusty companion, Marina (yes the underwater mute lady from Stingray) persuade characters from the Anderson universe to select an episode by pressing the Randomiser’s infamous, “big red button” to the irreverent but highly informative analysis of each episode’s plot, this will not fail to put a smile on your face. It doesn’t matter whether the episodes being dissected are your lifelong likes, dislikes or ones you’ve never even heard of, if you have even a passing interest in vintage television, or television in general, you’ll have great time here. Give it a try and enjoy!

More seriously this is such a fun podcast if you’re a fan of the worlds of Gerry Anderson. Not afraid to be honest in how good (or not) the episodes are and always entertaining. It’s been so much fun, it makes me want to watch All That Glisters again to remind myself of the experience
