    They look back at the opening races from Josh Kerr and Laura Muir, Nick Percy's magnificent Olympic qualifier, the Scots who performed at the London Marathon and the opportunities facing those headed for the World Relays. 

    As well as the discussing athlete performances, Eilidh and Susan also give their opinions on the recent news that Olympic Champions (in Athletics) will now be awarded prize money...and lots more.

    In the first of a special series, Eilidh and Susan are joined by Commonwealth Champion Ross Murdoch, to look back at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, 10 years on. 

    On the dramatic opening night of the games, Ross Murdoch won a surprise gold medal in the men's 200m breaststroke ahead of the poster boy of the games, Michael Jamieson.

    In this episode, Ross talks about his preparations and lead up into the games, the shock of winning and the crazy chaos which followed that. Ross also opens up about his experiences of imposter syndrome and how he has come full circle from being the youngster in the team to the stalwart supporter of his team-mates.
