An incredible free resource - thought provoking and practical!

I am a huge fan of Tanya and this is a fantastic resource. She combines real thought-provoking content with actionable steps you can take to live more intentionally. The focus of her earlier episodes is more on productivity and the later episodes are more on living purposefully. She covers every aspect of both and has some great guests. Both of her books are also really good and they compliment the podcast really well as she provides a supplementary free workbook for both books and suggests which episodes relate to each chapter. The podcast is a great resource on its own though and she really is a great motivational speaker. She really cuts through to getting to heart of what matters. She understands what it means to live on purpose and provides actionable steps to make it happen.

A healthy disregard for the impossible

I’m a huge fan of productivity and self-improvement books, podcasts, blogs, YouTube channels… you name it. I realised recently, though, that everything I read and listened to had been created by a man. There were a couple of podcasts I’d tried to listen to that were presented by women, but I hadn’t been able to identify with these particular women so I gave up. I think I was just listening to the wrong podcasts, because then along came Tanya Dalton. She’s incredible! I absolutely love her introduction, which gives me such a sense of joy every time I hear it. When she spoke about being a rule breaker and having a healthy disregard for the impossible, I was hooked. I knew I wanted to listen to more of this woman! I guess maybe, at heart, I identify with Tanya - she’s hugely inspirational and has made me believe that despite being a working mum of two small children, I can do whatever I want to do if I set my mind to it. I absolutely love this podcast and would recommend it to anyone, but particularly to working mothers who feel like there’s just not enough time in the day to even think about making a change. Tanya will convince you that the sky is the limit - and her voice alone will make you smile as she’s so joyful and full of life! Thank you Tanya for giving us this gift.

5 star lifesaver

Tonya seems to be able to read my mind as her podcasts feel like they were written for me personally - and I think other listeners will feel the same - as she helps me navigate the big and small challenges of life. Her guidance is warmly offered but encourages self responsibility and she and her guests feel like real people you can relate to. I thoroughly recommend Productivity Paradox!
