The Coach is on the Couch! I'm a Cancer Exercise and Nutrition Specialist, and Women's Strength and Fat Loss Coach. I'm here to help you cut through the BS of fitness, nutrition, 'healthy habits' and everything that comes with it; so you can focus on enjoying your life in the process. How I help my clients: - Cancer care - From diagnosis to treatment and beyond, I'll coach you through movement, nutrition & mindset to minimise side effects, manage pain & fatigue, build your strength & confidence, and lower your risk of recurrence. - Chronic Pain & Fatigue - I work with clients with various autoimmune & debilitating conditions to improve/stop their pain, and build up regular energy. - Strength and Fat Loss - Helping women get stronger, fitter & energised without extremes & fad diets - I'll help you understand why it hasn't worked before, what needs to change, & how to implement it.
