Put Yourself First

I have followed Mastin for a while now on Instagram & Facebook and through those, I came upon this podcast. This is the first episode I have listened to & like all of the other things I’ve heard him talk about, I loved it!
Two stand-outs for me in this that I took note of to remember were:
“You doubt what you care about, because in your past experiences, you have been invalidated so you’ve been trained that safety comes from invalidating your own experience.”

This is HUGE because it’s so true & it just helps so much to now know & understand that instead of beating yourself up or self-sabotaging. Now I know!

“Get one thing going. When you get one thing going & you’re successful with it, your nervous system shifts & then you have future memory based on your past success when you can now imagine yourself being successful again. It’s a future realisation based on past memory.”

Again, love this. Create new pathways, pathways in which you are successful. Just do ONE thing & see it through, before you know it, you’ll be seeing through & being successful on so many more areas. I can’t wait & I have so many things, but I am going to break it down & do 1 thing, see it through & move onto the next.

Thank you Mastin for this very important work!

Love has no limitations...we humans do...which is why walking usually takes place before running.

This interview is a brilliant illustration of how staying faithful to your vision and dreams...yet totally surrendering to how you get there...will open doors you cannot perceive are there. Thank you Alex and Mastin 🙏🏻💚🙏🏻💚

Love mastin

I love mastins work- I don't think there is anyone out there like him detailing the real struggle and process from living a life not true to yourself to following your purpose. He seems to just speak to your heart like no one else is able to on digital platforms.
