Wonderful

My new morning commute listening helps to set me up for a calm and mindful day ... as a school teacher, I need all the patience and mindfulness I can get. Rachael is a joy to listen to and helps me to gently bring myself back to the present moment.

Reall helpful and effective

I love this podcast because it is just so real. It’s hard to fathom how such a beautiful young woman has so much wisdom about some painful things. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I have really loved ... and for the first time been able to put into practice, your ideas for a morning ‘routine’ because you have helped me understand that drinking a cup of coffee whilst cuddling my dogs is not me hiding from my day, it can be the first steps to showing up for my day if I’m really in it, rather than hiding from it which is what my anxious mind has so often done. It has made me look forward to getting up. Nothing has done that so much in a long time. Thank you.

Just hat I need, when I need it.

I’ve recently began listening to The Mindful Kind despite the being a subscriber for a while and it has quickly become my go to. I listen to Rachel’s calm and friendly voice mostly at lunch time.

I’m grateful that each episode has a short length which means that I can usually get through a lot of topics in a short period of time before I have to head back to work, and I always take away something from each episode back to the office with me.

I’m becoming a better, more confident and mindful person thanks to this podcast. I truly hope it continues for many more episodes and I recommend it to all.
