A very positive message

Really enjoyed the episode with Amelia Freer - which was actually less “eat this and everything will be wonderful” than I was expecting (I hadn’t heard of this lady before but assumed that’s what most nutritionists did) Her story and message was like a warm, friendly hug which is lovely at 3am when I’m up feeding my 5 month old and feeling shattered. Googling postnatal depletion tomorrow (after I get some sleep!!)
