We talked about everything from starting a business and feeling like 'I will never...' to now getting comfy feeling uncomfortable - to how she makes sure she makes time for herself baking and keeping fit and investing in yourself.. we even talk chickens.... ha ha. I love that we touched on positively daily habits and of course gratitude, honestly I could have chatted to Caroline all day.... A great take away is that confidence comes from competence, and so we getting better by doing the 'thing'!! and I absolutely loved that as you know I always say it's Progress Not Perfection...     When things do not go to plan!

    When things do not go to plan. In this mini episode I am sharing a story from my a live I did on my socials that I think is a great example of times when we let other 'stuff' shift our mindset. When it is something outside of our control, it is too easy to then let it effect us, so here I talk about to look for the solution, rather than focusing on the problem, and take back your control. Have a listen to how I take a situation outside of my control and using the tools I now teach, stopped myself from going into a negative spiral. When I talk about my Step 1, I am talking about the 12 Steps of Al-Anon, the same 12 steps used in most recovery programmes such as AA, NA etc..     What is stopping you from being who you want to be or doing what you want to do? Fear.... So let's all try getting scared.... well it is coming up to Halloween right, so what better time to try.. Now I know for some of you, you are think... What... No Way!!!  Why would I want to be scared... But by stepping out of our comfort zone, by doing things we have not done before, is where we grow.. it is where we learn just what we are capable of facing.. and just how brave we are... So start small.. think of something you have been putting off doing because it scares you, could be joining a club or fitness class, could be signing up to a dating site, could be going for a promoting at work .. what ever it is.. just think about what it would mean to you if you did it...
