Lovely bitesize food for thought

I enjoy Phil’s take on what keeps the wheels of business turning and the episode on showing genuine appreciation resonated with me. I work hard to try and make people I come into contact with feel appreciated - especially as they give up so much as participants of a CEO Sleepout! But I don’t always remember to let the people closer to me know that they’re appreciated in a meaningful way. I’ll try to do better as a result of listening. I like the fact that the insight comes in bitesize - which is ideal to fit into a busy day. Thanks Phil and keep up the good work.

Great Chat With An Interesting Guy

Being fairly new to podcasts, I was looking for recommendations and this was one of them. Following Steve on various social platforms, it was good to get to know more about the man and his journey so far. No doubt, he's a character and i like him all the more after listening to this.
