In today's episode, we look at the passengers side of the story. The true story of a couple returning from their dream honeymoon when they experience a harrowing mid-air emergency. Shortly after take-off from Bangkok, their plane suffers a catastrophic engine failure, engulfing one engine in flames.

Not all passengers onboard aircraft are off on a vacation, or business. Sometimes, people don't want to get on board that plane at all, and will go to extreme measures to make sure they don't reach their destination. In today's episode, we hear the true story about those passengers who are being deported. And this particular passenger was a prisoner... From the eyes of cabin crew, as they witness the criminal board with escorts in handcuffs, we see what lengths someone will go to to avoid deportation.

In todays episode, instead of a short story, we chat to Dave Sanderson, who was one of the last passengers to evacuate when his plane ditched into the Hudson River on flight 1549 in January 2009, and how it diverted his life for good.

Not many people can say they have survived a plane crash, and in this interview we here from Dave how it feels to see an emergency happening in real time. What it felt like to crash and what it felt like to be in the water. Dave is an incredible person who has taken one of the most traumatic experiences of his life, and has turned into a force of good. Helping people around the world draw growth from horrific times. He is a true inspiration!
