The Second Chapter

I had the great honour to be a podcast participant. You’ll know from listening to The Second Chapter that it features women who’ve had a change of career at or after 35. But, it is so much more, it is a deep sharing of life journeys and mine has followed quite a winding path. Listening back to the podcast I couldn’t help thinking how well I came across. That’s a pretty massive thing for me to say as you’ll know if you’ve listened, we talk about imposter syndrome. But, I didn’t feel like an imposter, I felt my story was one worth telling and the reason for that was Kristen’s skilled & sensitive questions and the whole experience felt very cathartic, soulful. Thanks Kristen and if anyone is thinking of sharing their story, go on, you won’t be sorry

I listened to the @plantyjane episode today. It was brilliant. As a 40 something woman I could relate sooo much to their experiences. It was warm and funny. I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, after having varying roles. This podcast has helped me to see that’s ok and it’s never to late for a curve ball career. Love the quotes part.. I’ll be listening to more. Thank you!!

Love the stories in this podcast. It’s so amazing to hear about the ways in which women have changed their lives and careers over the years. I love that these are ‘real’ people and not celebrities that have taken steps to change their path in life. I look forward to more episodes!
