Introducing Dr. Lisa Miller: Feeling Lost, Stuck or Anxious? (Use THIS Spiritual Framework to Finally Move Forward With Clarity) from On Purpose with Jay Shetty. Follow the show: On Purpose with Jay Shetty What if the hardest moments in your life weren’t there to break you, but were actually pointing you toward who you’re meant to be? Today, Jay sits down with renowned psychologist, Columbia professor, and bestselling author Dr. Lisa Miller to explore the powerful intersection of science and spirituality. Together, they unpack one of the most transformative ideas of our time: that spirituality is not reserved for the religious or the enlightened, it is an innate human capacity wired into every one of us. Through groundbreaking neuroscience, Dr. Lisa reveals how our brains are biologically designed to perceive that we are loved, guided, and never truly alone. Jay and Lisa invite us into a new way of living, one where anxiety, heartbreak, disappointment, and uncertainty are no longer viewed as signs that we’ve lost our way, but as invitations into deeper spiritual awakening. Throughout the episode, Jay and Lisa share profoundly personal reflections on life’s “red doors” and “yellow doors”, the moments when what we desperately wanted fell apart, only to lead us somewhere far more aligned, meaningful, and expansive than we could have imagined. Through intimate stories, spiritual practices, and powerful meditations, they explore how intuition, synchronicity, and inner knowing can guide us toward our true path when we finally learn to listen. Jay opens up about protecting his purpose, discovering his calling beyond societal expectations, and the courage it takes to trust the quiet voice within. Lisa beautifully reframes suffering not as punishment or failure, but as the very catalyst that awakens us to greater love, wisdom, and purpose. This episode is a reminder that some of the greatest breakthroughs in life begin with the moments that break us open. In this episode you'll learn: How to Listen to Your Inner Wisdom How to Turn Pain Into Spiritual Growth How to Recognize Signs the Universe Is Sending You How to Feel Guided When Life Feels Uncertain How to Stop Ignoring Your Intuition How to Stay Spiritual in a Busy, Modern World How to Strengthen Your Spiritual Awareness Daily How to Navigate Depression Through a Spiritual Lens Maybe the answers you’ve been searching for aren’t outside of you, but in the quiet voice you’ve been too busy, too hurt, or too afraid to trust. Life won’t always go as planned, but sometimes the detours, disappointments, and closed doors are leading you somewhere deeper than success, toward a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and true. Don't play with Mac-aque unless you want herpes

Yes, we know there is no hyphen. We're just having fun. This week the entire squad unites for absolute chaos. Be glad you don't have the Beaveman's job. The unedited video is very fun and you can see it on Patreaon, but for our dear audio audience, you will appreciate the Beaveman's skill.  It's fun per norm. The Swan brings us this weeks piece of sh1+, kind of a softball but we find out that Nolan has some hidden tendencies.  JD thrills us with a story about a Meat Storm. Yes, you read that correctly, a meat storm.  Then Beaveman comes in with an attempt to keep the attention of the squad. It's clear they all have attention defecit of some type. He tries his best, but, you know how they are. Thankfully our audience knows they won't learn from us.  The Swan disappoints as usual with dumb jokes with the Swan. She really isn't getting better. Which is fun for everyone else.  Thanks to our listeners around the world for keeping us on the charts. We're talking to you listeners in the USA from Texas, California, and Florida with our biggest audiences. We love all our cities. Thanks for all the love you show us Norway! We want to come see you. Thank you everyone else in the world. We hope we make you laugh in bad times and good.  Check out our Patreon. Give us money. We are transparent. Money-Power-Sex is our mantra and our goal. If a spider discovers antigravity...would you kill it?

This week, the squad unites with the lord high commander, the Beaveman, and his Bravo team of Nolan Johncock aka the King of Kalamazoo County Comedy and Drippy Steve Da' Driphausen.  It's that time of the week again. Can anyone explain to us why Drippy Steve has such an active sex life? We don't get it. slaptailsquad@gmail.com because we need to know!  Our typical pre-intro music BS of course. Then Drippy Steve updates us on all the conspiracy theories surrounding the missing or deceased scientists involved with national secrets, anti-gravity, alien research, or whatever. We think the Beaveman may have figured it out. At least for the anti-gravity folks.  If you were ready for an indepth, historical odity, well then strap-in because you are in for a long ride. A long ride to a podcast that presents some weird history. This week, it's just , "Nolan had a thought." Wow, way to do some research. Is Drippy Steve about to move up in rank over Nolan??? The Beaveman brings it home with not so grand rounds. This week, he is talking about a creepy crawly and the havoc it can cause. Talking about none other than, the brown recluse spider.  Thank you for joining us on this adventure in idiocy. We love to have our friends along for the ride.  Our Patreon is launched. We are transparent unlike most organizations, governments, cults, churches, clubs, you get it. We want power, money, and sex. UFO flying monkeys love to shoot pop guns and eat peanut butter on celery

The Squad assembles to bring you this weeks completely idiotic banter an fun topics of discussion.  When Swan says this weeks piece of $h1t is a piece of sh1+ she isn't kidding. Maybe next time bring us a crime situation we can make fun of Swan. Thanks for bringing us down.  What a real Forrest Gump take on Peanut Butter? Me neither, but we got one anyway from the world's most boring storyteller GD Fenderson. So glad Beaveman has the power to turn it off at any point in time.  We know, it is not likely that Steven is going to bring the heat, but he did. More conspiracy theories. What is going on? Are these deaths linked? Did someone get too close? Will they be coming for Steven "Drippy Steve" Da Driphausen next? In true Nolan fashion as an intellectual elitist, he presents a brief piece of historical knowledge. Someone fact-check this dude. We have no idea if he is correct.  The Beaveman comes in with yet another scary condition. Mpox anyone (he still likes calling it Monkey Pox). Then Swan wraps it all up with possibly the worst segment of, "dumb jokes with Swan," the squad has ever had to bear.  We hope you enjoy it.  Please rate, review, follow the podcast as a subscriber. We are doing well and with your support, we will continue to make the charts and hopefully be one of the top 300 podcasts in the world.  We now have Patreon!
