    When Being Recorded Is the ‘Real Crime’.

    The drug charge is dismissed. The antisemitic video evidence is thrown out. Not because the behaviour didn’t happen — but because the nurses “didn’t know” they were being recorded. This isn’t justice. It’s a technicality shielding people from the consequences of their own actions. In this episode, I break down how being caught red‑handed is now considered unfair, and why the justice system is sliding into absurdity.
