23: The Results Day Special 2022

Results day is coming up, and for many of us, it's a time filled with anxiety and nerves. Whether we're anxious about what we'll find inside that envelope or scared of what our friends and family will think, results day can be a really tough day. But it doesn't have to be! In this episode, we'll talk about how to turn your failures into success stories. We'll also share some tips on how to deal with the results day blues, whether you're happy or not with your results. Let's get started! First things first, results day is not the be-all and end-all. It doesn't define you as a person and it certainly doesn't determine your future success. So, take a deep breath and try to stay calm. Even if things don't go the way you wanted them to, there's always a plan B (or C or D!). One of the best ways to deal with results day is to have a positive mindset going into it. Yes, things might not have gone the way you wanted them to, but that doesn't mean they never will. Overnight successes are few and far between - most people who seem to have made it big have actually just worked hard and kept going, even when things were tough. So, if you're feeling down about your results, use that as motivation to work even harder next time. Remember, you are your only competition. It doesn't matter what anyone else gets - all that matters is what you do with your results. If you're not happy with them, use that to fuel your fire and make sure you come back even stronger next year. We want to hear from you! How did results day go for you? Did you get the results you wanted? Let us know on Instagram. We can't wait to hear from you!

22: How to Stay Focused and Achieve Your Goals: Mantras

It's that time of year again - the time when students all around the world are getting ready to head back to school. This can be an exciting but also daunting time, especially if you're trying to achieve your goals. Whether you're a student or not, it's important to have a success mindset and stay focused on what you want to achieve. Today, we'll share some tips on how to do just that! We'll also share our own personal mantras and how they've helped us in the past. So whether you're starting school or just starting out on your journey towards success, read on for inspiration! One of the most important things you can do if you want to achieve success in school or in life is to have a positive mindset. This means believing in yourself and your ability to reach your goals. It sounds simple, but it's not always easy. If you find yourself doubting yourself, remember that everyone makes mistakes - it's part of being human. What counts is how you learn from those mistakes and keep going. One of the mantras that has helped me in both school and life is "Excellence doesn't require perfection". Whenever I've felt like giving up or like I'm not good enough, repeating this mantra to myself has helped me to stay focused and motivated. It's a reminder that I am capable of achieving my goals, no matter how difficult they may seem. Another mantra that has been helpful for me is "trust". This one is especially important when things are tough and you're not seeing the results you want yet. Trusting the process means believing that if you keep working hard, eventually you will reach your goals. It's a reminder to stay patient and keep going, even when things are tough. This year, my mantra is "Year of the butterfly". For me, this means that it's a year of change and growth. I'm looking forward to taking risks, trying new things, and learning as much as I can. This mantra has been helping me to stay positive and motivated, even when things are challenging. What about you? What mantras have helped you in the past? And what's your mantra for this year?
