Elite coach (Mark Livesey) and Multiple Ironman AG Champion (sub 9hrs) chatting about all things Triathlon with some of the greatest people in the sport.
Marcus and Steve Cram
Event organiser Marcus Cram and his Dad Steve Cram ( you might have heard of him) have set up a brand new middle and long course triathlon for 2022 in the North East of England.
Mark discusses why a new race for this region is a good idea.
It was a normal race day at the British Triathlon Championships in Aberfeldy Scotland for Nathan Ford ( Top AG Triathlete). However, Nathan's world was about to change forever after coming off his bike during the race. Listen to Nathans story...

Triathlon stuff with Tim Hemming and Thorsten Radde
It's always an interesting chat with Tim Hemming and Thorsten Radde. Lots of discussion points today, PTO Open series, points table, the best in the world, transgender and why was Cozumel so bloody fast this year?
Women’s sport for Women
Mark chats to Katherine Deves, a professional Lawyer and the Co - founder of Save Women's Sport.
Katherine is a voice of reason in a world of growing absurdity regarding transgender inclusion in Women's sport. After the latest IOC ruling this absurdity has hit a new level. Listen to Mark and Katherine discuss the elephant in the room that no one dares to speak about. Enjoy!
It's here, finally we may have the technology to remove the scourge that is drafting. James Elvery is the co-founder of race ranger the new tech that could change the sport of triathlon for the better.
Also a few rants from Mark.
Multiple World Champion - Daphne Belt
A feel good show today with Daphne Belt who is one of, if not the oldest World Triathlon Champion. Mark discusses her secrets to longevity and how she's still racing at 82yrs old.
An inspiration to so many.
Always a great show
Great content & advice for everything triathlon with great guests too! Well worth a listen.
Brilliant triathlon Podcast!
Been listening to this for a few years now, it has had a few different presenters alongside Mark which keeps it fresh. Love how it doesn’t shy away from giving an opinion! Also, Mark is more than willing to help out with training advice or even full programs if you email him and you don’t need to take out a mortgage as for some reason he doesn’t charge 😂
Spicy opinions and a great show
Never one to shy away from a different opinion Mark and his fellow host Heather are a great pairing. I really appreciate that they often discuss topics that other 'sponsered' podcasts would likely shy away from and the lack of adverts is always appreciated as any views are clearly untainted, something I think we often lack in today's triathlon world. If you are looking for something to keep the mind occupied and a new view on all things triathlon give this a go. Also, always love the intro with your daughter Mark, cheers me up and is really genuine. Keep up the great work!!!
