So many nuggets of gold on the series. Opened my eyes to so many new perspectives of the experiences of being a female in engineering and how we can do better to remove bias from the profession. Funny and entertaining too. Often the informal Q&A sections after the main part of each episode are the best part. I’ve really enjoyed listening to this series and sharing episodes with my teenage daughter on journeys in the car. Ruth has a great skill in asking questions to keep the conversation flowing while sitting back and not interrupting the guests when they are in the middle of telling a great story.
