Love your podcasts ! The latest one was v interesting I’m just about to go through your back catalogue to catch up keep up the good work guys !
Wrong angle
Some really interesting subject matter but, considering it’s all about disasters, it’s really hard to listen to when it’s presented in the style of Beavis and Butthead.
Two men sniggering their way through endless, repeated in-jokes whilst trying to tell the tragic story of people dying in a nightclub fire is really irritating. It’s about 20% relevant content and 80% of the presenters making ‘pull my finger’ style jokes. Struggled through 2 episodes and I’m done.

Not wanting to ruin your star rating so I’ll give you the full five as I enjoyed the Woodstock 99 episode. However the flippant tone of the Hillsborough episode felt wrong. Maybe it’s a UK thing as this story has never been far from the news with enquiries etc but 96 people died that day including many kids the host sucking air though his teeth and saying “know your exits” isn’t really very cool. Sorry just really didn’t sit right.
Maybe have a look at the footage or google Justice For the 96 and see if it changes anything if you haven’t already. Thanks and sorry to be an internet moan.
