Easy listening

Have never missed an episode so that makes me their No.1 fan. I have some t-shirts also. It’s like being part of a nice family with all the stories and musings. If you don’t like it’s that’s fine, you’re just wrong.

I’ll start with saying that it is a reasonably good show and that I started listening when it was less than a year old (so 2018/19). So I was a sort of an early adopter. But I just got tired of all of the fawning over Gary Lineker. I think the presenters should read the room, I’m left leaning and liberal but Lineker is simply a self-righteous, antisemitic hypocrite (he dismissed the single deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust as “that H@m@s thing” as if it was just a minor annoyance, like it was nothing). The description of Linkers boring surprise party was the final straw, I switched off for good. So in summary, if you’re Jewish or an ally, it’s best to skip this one.
