A real alternative to restrictive eating and hating exercise
I’ve followed Tally and listened to her since she did the Fit and Fearless podcast with Vic and Zanna. Tally has helped me embrace all the joy that my body can bring me. I’ve learned a lot through her and her different guests about toxic diet culture and how any movement we love and enjoy we should continue to do. Our body are vessels for our souls.
I’m totally biased but it is legit great
She’s my sister and normally that’s a reason not to pay too much attention to her. But this is legit great and well worth a listen if you’re sick of all the diet culture BS and want to hear from a much wider range of perspectives on all things health and inclusion in the fitness world. Look it got a compliment for her out of me - clearly it’s worth a listen.
A must listen!
Tally hosts an incredibly insightful podcast. It is such an interesting listen. Educational but in such a relaxed way.
Tally (and her guests) discuss topics that our relevant, they discuss experiences that resonate with us as the listener.
Tally’s ethos of #TrainHappy is so motivational and reminds us to do things for ourselves and not to do something because we feel we have to.
