I'd listened to some of the presenters on their Doctor Who podcast, and also enjoyed their reviews of Star Trek: Discovery. I'm not as big a Trekkie as I am a Whovian, but this is a good, entertaining listen, that seems to have found its feet fairly quickly.
I do find some of the group dynamics quite entertaining. There's always a little bit of underlying tension between Lindsay (young, female, a bit woke) and John (older, male, definitely not woke). You always get the feeling they're about thirty seconds away from having a huge argument.
Bob has a slight tendency towards the smutty, which can be a bit tiresome, and he could ease off on all the new jingles and segments, which aren't anyway near as clever or funny as he seems to think they are. He seems to think he's auditioning to be the next Kenny Everett or Chris Evans, when the truth is we just want to hear what they think about Star Trek.
Andrea and Suky seem quite nice.
Still, all in all a good listen.
