We were stuck in an impossible cycle of trying to live the lives our families expected for us, while constantly being pulled back to each other. In this episode, we talk about Moishe’s descent into weed addiction, assuring her parents we’d never marry, and the gut-wrenching goodbye that wasn't actually the end. We were 18, awkward, full of energy, and completely unprepared for how this would all unfold. We talk about the first time we noticed each other (and how we remember it differently), the tension of our differences from the start, what it meant when Chaya accidentally said “I love you” and the very real discomfort of revisiting our early story in real time.
