    Steven Lacey has over 20 years experience in research. He is the founder of 'The Outsiders', a research agency that specialises in unlocking cultural, behavioural and communications insights for clients such as Argos, Bodyform, Home Office,  Mars, This Girl Can and many more.
     
    He is an expert in 'Hard to Reach' audiences and has run research with teenage mums, drug dealers, heroin users, families on estates, teenage gangs and more. Steven is a strong advocate for the industry providing better research with disadvantaged audiences and has written papers on ‘The changing nature of the working class,’ how to communicate diversity, and the life of families in Estates.

    She has helped hundreds of MR agencies/consultancies and end clients to source sample for their target audiences and has been constantly praised for her enthusiasm, dedication, customer service, multitasking skills and attracting new clients.
