John Carter Flop

Really good episode. Search the Mark Kermode review for the reviewers take on John Carter. It’s brilliant even if you haven’t seen the film

Season 1 yes, season 2 definitely not

I have to admit I really enjoyed season 1. Real good topics that are legitimately interesting where people don’t know the whole truth. Season 2 however felt like advertising and propaganda bull. Topics were pretty much understood prior to the episode if not very early on in to the episode. Boring and I gave up on several episodes half way through as I felt they just were not worth my time listening. If season 2 was all there was available this review would be only 1 star not 3, but like I said, season 1 was worth 5 stars

So close

Amazing topics, great info but Jesus Christ that presenter is as dull as a cloudy day. Mr I don’t know how to change my tone and talk straight into an advert and back again. Zzz!
