Helping me to recover from a ‘Wobble’

I’ve only recently found this podcast and it’s been incredible - I’ve been struggling with a big wobble and have been kinder to myself this past week after binging on Wobble rather than chocolate - what particularly resonated was the encouragement to love yourself and do things that your future self will thank you for ... also looking forward to investigating Intuitive Eating more to try and focus on my relationship with food. I feel like I’m having a chat with the most amazing friends when I plug into this - I wish Jules and Sarah WERE my friends - thank you, you and your guests are amazing Xx
