The Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One: Preludes

The Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One: Preludes

Snow falling, over endless white sand...So begins the prelude to our first story, The Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One. In this prologue, we meet our characters as children, and see them thrust from the known into peril, confusion, and new worlds they will struggle to understand. This is the first chapter in the story of how our trio met, and the events that would bring them back together so many years later. To follow along with the main story, simply keep listening to this very podcast. To hear the rest of what happened to our young heroes so long ago, come and find us at Patreon.com/worldsbeyondnumber

Have been struggling to not cry while listening and I love it

There are genuinely not enough words to be able to describe just how amazing and beautiful and heart wrenching this show is. The incredible storytelling is out of this world (and all the worlds beyond 😉) and I fully feel like I’m standing there hearing this all happen first hand. I have gotten so invested into this world and the characters already that I have had to pause the episode at times while walking to make sure that I’m not visibly crying, or that I’m not laughing like a maniac in front of the poor people I walk by. The sound production? No words even. It makes an already immersive world even more so. The sound effects makes everything feel even more real and if a soundtrack is ever released I am 100% going to be listening to it non-stop. I feel so lucky that I am able to listen to this incredible production and if there is anyone here who is reading this I highly highly recommend subscribing to the patreon if you have the means to do so.

To Lou, Aabria, Erika, Brennan Taylor and anyone else involved in the behind the scenes, from the bottom of my heart thank you so so much for allowing us to enter and watch this world, and all the worlds that will come after

Incredible

Listening to this podcast feels like a whole experience. The story and sound design come together to create such a rich world that you feel so deeply listening to. I already love these characters and can’t wait to see where their adventures take them.

The best thing

If you aren’t already obsessed with these incredible storytellers, you have the best surprise coming. I’ve been listening on Patreon and it is so delightful and emotionally traumatic and funny and absolute perfection. The sound design means my visual/kinetic brain can still really engage, and I keep discovering I have made loads of visual memories of the small moments. So lush.
