    Winning Entries From The 2026 Pen To Print Awards: A Write On! Audio Showcase

Welcome to our annual anthology of the winning entries in the Pen To Print Awards.  The standard of entries for 2026 was incredibly high and we are proud to share the winning entries in four of the main categories.    We start this anthology with an excerpt from our winning short story ‘New Chapters’ which is written by Leslie Anne Armour.  The reading is by Emily Inkpen. Next, an excerpt from our book challenge winner, 'Elderwood' by Ruth Frendo. The reader is Tiffany Clare.  Our audio play competition winner for 2026 was written by Alex White and is called 'Greys'.  In this excerpt you can hear the voices of Emily Inkpen and Elizabeth Kate Weber with music by Stefan Ekstrom (used under licence from Epidemic Sound) and sound design by Chris Gregory .
