    What do we do with the anger, frustration, or hurt that flares up before we’ve even had time to think? And what if “Do Not Murder” is actually pointing us toward something happening much deeper within us? In You’re killing me, taught by Adam Dyer as part of our 10‑10 vision series, we explore Jesus’ bold claim that the issues we wrestle with aren’t just about behaviour but the hidden reactions of the heart. This message gently exposes how anger, judgement, and unforgiveness can shape us more than we realise — and how easily we reduce others (and ourselves) to something less than the image of God.
