Brie was, of course, recently fired by The Hill, which fired Katie two years ago. Marc was fired by CNN for saying "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" back in 2018.

Briahna Joy Gray is the host of the Bad Faith Podcast, former co-host at The Hill's Rising, former press secretary for Bernie Sanders 2020 presidential campaign and former politics editor at The Intercept.

Marc Lamont Hill is a cultural anthropologist, critical policy scholar and Presidential Professor at the CUNY Graduate Center. He is the author of several books including "EXCEPT FOR PALESTINE: The Limits of Progressive Politics." He's a host at BET News, Al Jazeera Up Front and his own youtube show Night School.

Since returning, he has spoken out about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the need for humanitarian aid and services to reach the people. He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the global health director for his emergency department.

Dr. Assal Rad is a scholar of Middle East history. She works on research and writing related to U.S. foreign policy issues, the Middle East, and contemporary Iran. Her writing can be seen in Newsweek, The National Interest, The Independent, Foreign Policy and more, and she has appeared as a commentator on BBC World, Al Jazeera, CNN, and NPR. She completed a PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine in 2018 and is the author of The State of Resistance: Politics, Culture, and Identity in Modern Iran (Cambridge University Press, 2022). Jon Farina is an independent Photojournalist based in NYC who's covered over 20 pro Palestine protests for Status Coup. He's covered stories all around the country, including January 6th and made a documentary about Ukraine where he lived for two months.
