This week, they discuss Thursday's terrorist attacks in Michigan and Virginia, reports that Iran may be activating sleeper cells in the U.S., and CNN's bizarre fumbling of the facts on last weekend's attempted terrorist attack in New York City. First, they share their Friday discussion of the terrorist attacks at a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and an ROTC class at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. They highlight the impressive responses of synagogue security and the ROTC cadets, who prevented the respective attacks from being much deadlier. They also fume that the Virginia terrorist was let out of prison early after being convicted of providing material support to ISIS and permitted to stay in the U.S. Next, they react to U.S. intelligence reports, which claim we intercepted encrypted messages designed to activate Iranian sleeper cells in the U.S. How significant is this threat? And wouldn't now be a good time to fund the Department of Homeland Security? Then, they pull their hair out over CNN fmiserably failing to get the facts straight about last weekend's attempted terrorist attack in New York City. Even though the suspects  pledged allegiance to ISIS, CNN portrayed then as two teenagers who just happened to end up throwing bombs at demonstrators they didn't like. Finally, in the chaser of the week, they highlight Washington state Democrats passing a 9.9 percent income tax on households grossing more than a million dollars per year. While the left may relish soaking the rich, there may be some unintended consequences for people of all political stripes.
