ADHD + ASD Sounds is a sensory-friendly podcast designed to support people with ADHD, Autism (ASD), and other neurodivergent minds who want help with focus, productivity, sleep, and emotional regulation.🎧 Our episodes feature ADHD focus sounds, ambient soundscapes, nature sounds, and white, brown, pink, green, and copper noise to reduce distraction, overwhelm, and sensory overstimulation while supporting executive function, study, work, and relaxation.
