Tyler spent years building what the world told him success looked like. The abs, the car, the company. And the world cheered him on. He drove his dream car home one day, pulled into the driveway, turned off the engine, and felt completely empty inside. He didn't know yet that emptiness was trying to tell him something. Then he went to gymnastics class in his late twenties, and a coach told him to punch harder. His body said no. He said, you shut up. And his knee went completely sideways. ACL, MCL, LCL, quad, meniscus, all in one shot. He hobbled to the side and started doing ring work anyway, because that is what kind of man Tyler was before all of this began. What followed was four surgeries, nearly a year of his life spent in bed recovering, and a slow, painful unraveling of the identity he had built from the inside out.
