19. Gran’ Love Rizin

Every one of us has crossed paths with challenges that have left us feeling shook. What do we do with those situations? How do they inform us of our deepest strengths? What if through our struggles we are actually being offered the gateway through which we can transcend and liberate ourselves from old constructs and thoughts that no longer serve us? Perhaps our challenges can offer up a perspective through which we can alchemize some of the greatest perils of our life, into one that we can renew once more, and begin again. 18. Womb Wisdom

A wise Womban embarks on a journey deep within her self. As she descends to her womb space, an energetic and informative epicenter of intrinsic wisdom and creativity is revealed to her. Through this connection back with herself, she is able to tune into teachings of her unique inner nature. It’s no wonder so many womben that embark on this journey rediscover an aspect of themselves that is a portal for healing, connection, and incredible growth in every way possible. I embarked on this journey myself back in May. Womben Wellness has been a safe space through which I learned the power of my menstrual cycle, my yoni, ancestrial wisdom and tuning into pain as a messenger, instead of something our “always on” culture has conditioned us to numb out. I learned about the incredibly intelligent body and all the ways she communicates to us; speaking loud when we cannot vocally express what we suppress. I encourage every woman to meet herself in a safe space like Womben Wellness. The community I’ve grown to love has been such a transformative pillar in my own journey. And even though I can’t describe fully in words how much my life has shifted from connecting to my womb , my body shows me in all the ways. That’s the beauty of this sacred vessel that contains our essence and since we only get one body in this lifetime, why not tune into all the wisdom she holds for us. 16. Lead with the Heart

This conversation felt like a giant exhale for me. I learned so much from Ashmi during our conversation and even before we connected on High Tide. The journey of following our hearts can inspire so many and our ripple effect can reflect the light in others too. The prolific unfolding of Ashmi’s path led her to discover more of her true nature. 15. Atypical Ladies

I had so much fun having this heartfelt conversation with Lorren Rodrigues. We riff on our journeys of motherhood, her experience with parent coaching and being of service to the atypical community. I am deeply humbled and inspired to connect with other light workers like Lorren, that have honoured their call to action. It is a reminder of the fundamental truth of how our choices can positively impact the world around us. We don’t get to choose who we impact, nor does the size of the crowd matter. The energetic frequency we set through our intentions cannot be measured, rather it is felt from heart to heart. Lorren’s story is one of bravery and empowerment. As she learned to trust her own inner guidance system, her ability to show up in full integrity with herself and her community shines through her presence and her work. 14. Mindful Movement Health

I had the pleasure of sharing a beautiful conversation co- hosted with my partner Sean. We speak with our friend, Danny Williams. He is the founder of Mindful Movement Health. It inspires me so much to witness his journey and how he attuned to what his intuition was guiding him towards. It also brings me joy to be able to hold space for our conversation and hear his personal story about what matters to him and what lights him up through yoga, meditation and movement. The power we each have in what naturally expands our happiness and spirit is such a beautiful space to anchor into. Danny has done this and continues too as he cultivates a community of wholistic healing with his practice, Mindful Movement Health. 13. Thank You, YOUniverse

There have been moments in my life that I can say with full confidence, have been divinely aligned. Often we think things are about the thing we think it’s about when really it’s far bigger than what we think it’s about 🤪 Alignment, interconnectedness, how we decide to show up for ourselves and each other, are all a part of the dance of life. Within every now moment is an invitation to our healing and expansion. Every now moment, is a potential choice rooted in fear which can feel destructive or love which can feel expansive. At the root of this, is a journey we are each walking to fully navigate this human experience, or rather is it the human experience moving through the greater divine aspect of ourselves; our soul and spirit? This episode is potent with soulful truths and nourishing pieces of wisdom shared by my guest Lorie Ladd. 12. Woman Unleashed

After giving birth to my son, I was met with a version of myself that I longed to get to know. I struggled with birthing the mother in me along with the physical and emotional changes my body was experiencing. And as a woman, I have moments of being consumed by the all too common narrative of “am I enough?”. I began to get curious about my Self more. I craved acceptance and desired to be seen. I didn’t think to correlate it with my hormones, my narratives, or the lineage of women who’s paths have been walked before my own. The nature of a woman is one to revere. There are layers to discover, each one unveiling more gifts as a relationship with Self is cultivated. My conversation with Dr. Sonya Jensen explores these areas and so much more. She is an author, yoga teacher and naturopathic doctor. Dr. Sonya is passionate about educating women. Her approach to holistic self care and healing is one that goes beyond the surface of our physical bodies.
