I wish my lectures were like this!

Last year, apparently I stacked about 3500 min of lectures from Dr. Huberman all the way from 2021 to 2024. I enjoyed the snoring of Castelo in the background :) , the simplification of complex subjects and functional pathways of the human body, and the wide variety of guests from multiple fields. Myself I’m also in awe of the human body and its immense beauty
